Module 3 Anger Management Techniques
you will learn techniques such as Relaxation, cognitive restructuring etc.

Module 4 Case Formulation
Objective: As part of your coursework, you are required to conduct individual sessions with a subject (volunteer) focusing on anger management. The aim is to apply theoretical knowledge into practice and develop essential therapeutic communication and intervention skills. Assignment Task: You will conduct structured sessions with your subject and submit a detailed session-wise report. Your subject should be someone who experiences anger-related challenges and is willing to participate in a guided intervention process. Session Breakdown: 1. Session 1: History Taking Gather relevant background information including personal history, emotional experiences, patterns of anger, past coping mechanisms, and any previous psychological support. Build rapport and create a safe, non-judgmental environment. 2. Session 2: Identifying Stressors and Triggers Help the subject explore and identify specific stressors and situational triggers that provoke anger. Use relevant tools or techniques discussed in class to assess anger intensity, frequency, and context. 3. Session 3: Teaching Anger Management Techniques Introduce and demonstrate evidence-based anger management strategies (e.g., deep breathing, cognitive restructuring, timeout techniques, assertive communication). Support the subject in practicing these techniques and discuss their applicability in real-life situations. Final Submission: You are required to submit a comprehensive Session-wise Report including the session date.
